We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including products that have been assembled or used, gift cards, and any items marked as final sale.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
